Peer Review Process

Before the submitted papers to PJMS are sent out for reviewing, they will be screened for plagiarism by using plagiarism detection tools.
PJMS reserves the right to immediately reject papers leading to plagiarism or self-plagiarism.
All articles submitted to this journal will be peer-reviewed.
The PJMS has a single blind peer-review process in which the reviewers know the names and affiliations of the authors,
but the authors do not have access to the information about the reviewers.
During the process of peer review, the reviewers are asked to assess the validity, originality, and significance of the manuscript.
In addition, they are asked to evaluate the writing and its contribution to the related field.
The Editor-in-Chief will reach a decision, in most cases,
in accordance with the recommendation of Editor which is based on the report of reviewer.
